favourite questions... and answers:
- "Tell me about a time when you had
to accomplish a task with someone who was particularly
difficult to get along with".
What not to say: "I avoided them!", or"They
made me cry".
Focus on: showing your good interpersonal skills.
Show you are sensitive to the needs of others and
you can have influence on them
- "What are some examples of activities
and surroundings that motivate you?"
What not to say: the actual location of the company
or private interests, hobby or such.
Focus on: showing you are a team player and you like
working with other professionals and to be motivated
by them and at the same time being able to motivate
them
- "Tell me about a time when you had
to resolve a problem with no rules or guidelines in
place".
What not to tell: again avoid your private life.
Focus on: finding a situation in your professional
experience and show you are able to overcome obstacles.
