Interviewers' favourite questions... and answers:

- "Tell me about yourself!".
What not to say: where you were born and raised, you played football, films or music you like.
Focus on: your education and experience. Prepare and organise presentation about you and measure your time - 2 minutes, not more

- "What do you see yourself doing five years from now?"
What not to say: don't mention another job or position or career.
Focus on: present vacancy and say something related to it. This question is designed to help the interviewer know if the job seeker will be happy in that position, or if he or she wants to work in it only as long as it takes to find something "better".

- "What's your greatest strength?"
What not to say: don't just mention your personal strengths - relate them to the position.
Focus on: giving examples how your strengths could be used at work and let them know you are a qualified candidate

- "What's your greatest weakness?"
What not to say: don't just mention your weaknesses, tell the interviewer you are aware of them and how you deal with the problem.
Focus on: giving examples how you have difficulty with something and mention strategies you use to get around it
